- Position: Point the thermometer at the temporal region of the forehead from a distance of 3 – 5 centimeters (cm)
- Take temperature: Place the thermometer in front of the forehead WITHOUT TOUCHING THE SKIN, approximatey 5 to 10cm (2 to 4 inches) away and PRESS the SCAN BUTTON
- Read temperature: Remove the thermometer after a long BEEP sound and read the temperature. High Fever Alarm if temperate is high
